"I picked somewhere based on price, location and availability and came up trumps"

My room was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. Very good shower. The breakfast was superb and available early. I particularly liked that the breakfast tables were pre-allocated to guests. The host was very pleasant and interesting to talk to.

"Excellent stay and would definitely stay here again"

Location was excellent- ideal and close to esplanade, the beach and a short walk into town centre. Room was faultless and as a lone female traveller I felt utterly at ease and safe. Hosts, Sam & Kelly were welcoming and friendly and approachable.

Its not a moan but more of an observation. As the guest house is small (6 rooms) I could hear other guests using showers in their rooms at night as these were quite noisy but it all went quiet after 23:00hrs.

Easy access within walking distance to beach and shops. Friendly staff with suggestions and advice on local area. Clean and tidy all around.
