The location was perfect and in general the size of the room and location of shared amenities were good.

The heater was totally ineffective. Once switched on, it sounded like a helicopter was in the room therefore making it impossible to have the heating on while sleeping which was required. Also locating the Heater near the ceiling made it impossible for the heating to be distributed across the room when the Heater is turned on.

Location is very good as it is in de middle of the market and close to Metro station.

The window was very small, almost no fresh light or air could come in, it was US election and I could not watch the news as the TV in the room was not having any live channels. The room was not insulated atall. What in the next room was happening could you hear easily. I was trying to listen somethin on you tube at my phone and the neighbor knowked my room and asked if I could lower the volume. The bathroom and toilet were on the top floor. Both were too small and in one you could not even keep dry clothes, there was hardly any room in it. The towel was very small and there were no toileteries provided. If the neighbors walked you can hear the floor making noises. It was a disaster. Thank god I was not at the room the whole day. It was embarassing to use the toilet and shower.

Comfortable bed in a large room.

There were 2 showers. One gave out either freezing cold water or scalding hot water. The other shower was good. The TV in the room didn't work.

Location is excellent within walking distance of public transport. It is on the high street near shops.

Shower and bathroom are small as well as the room you stay in. There are many stairs to go up and down which is a problem when you have a suit case.

The bath towels need to change once during the stay of customer can be inch 2 days.
