"Exceptional"

The room was perfect for 3 adults, overlooking Barmouth beach.

No breakfast. But plenty local cafes nearby. Have to be out of room by 10am. Perhaps longer check out.

"Wouldn't stay here again, nothing stood out and there are similar properties that we've enjoyed more"

Room was nice, basic but as we only need it as a base it met most of our needs. The view was lovely.

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, we had to sleep on top of the duvet to provide a bit more cushion and used a blanket as a cover. Check-in was upsetting as there was no one available to let us in when we arrived so had to wait an hour outside to get the keys to our room.
