Able to have 1 room for 6 people

Room was appalling zero privacy especially after sharing with teenage children 2 boys and 2 girls Mattresses were hard and uncomfortable The electrics were faulty 35 degrees and no air conditioner and only 1 window which backed onto another property Breakfast was continental which the pre wrapped croissants and pancakes were stale and only eggs and sausages were available hot Only whole milk not a variety to which the fridge was dirty and unhygienic

Friendly staff easy parking walking distance to local shops & tube station.

Basic breakfast not enough choice.planes flying over woke us up very early - the windows were fuly closed however after second day we got used to it.

Showers are big but the doors aren’t so if you are on the larger side you struggle to get in. Folding door would have been better

The room I stayed (family room, near the reception) was spotless, very clean, smells fresh, very spacious, the interior is modern, in short it’s beyond my expectations. Very close to tube station. The outside of the building looks very old and outdated (in my opinion) but when you go inside the room feels like you’re in a different place. (Not sure about other rooms) The receptionist that day was very polite and friendly, I forgot her name (I checked in late afternoon of 4th of May) well done for that lady who was working that day. The garden is charming, and a little maintenance with weeding would make it perfect. Overall I enjoyed my stay I would definitely stay there again if I need a place near the Heathrow airport.
