"Prático e confortável."

A recepcionista e toda a equipe do hotel me atenderam com muita gentileza e foram muito prestativos. O hotel é próximo do aeroporto de Londres e é muito fácil se deslocar do aeroporto ao hotel e vice versa utilizando o transporte público. As instalações são boas e o hotel é muito conveniente para quem aguarda conexão de vôo. O jardim nos fundos do hotel é bem bonito e agradável. O café da manhã é excelente.

The owner does not respond to messages and appears unconcerned about guest communication. I sent a message explaining why I would be unable to stay, but received no response. It seems that guest concerns are not taken seriously, and there wasn't even the courtesy of an acknowledgment or reply.

My past stay was good but this was just the opposite of what I experienced earlier.
