Skylark Guest House

The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Typical English Breakfast was tasty and the location is close to the airport and easy to access. Highly recommend!

Customer service is not facilitate to deal with proper guide how to handle with un seen suition Whenever customer will come and suddenly when customer known your booking is cancelled because of reception don't know how to guide if the system is not working your booking is cancelled because of dust fault and there is not any other option to go with other accommodations Need to be hired at least basic information of computer if the system is down then how the handle with customer

Staff were really helpful and very nice. Good enough for what we needed for one night, handy for tube station but happened to be on strike but the buses were fine to get to Heathrow.

Would take my own pillows next time as weren't enough in room, although I slept fine.
