Clean, good shower, very nice staff, close to the tube, and close to the airport.

The property needs a few upgrades and could be better maintained.

This was an emergency booking, when I realised at 11-30 the night before that our original accommodation had been cancelled. This hotel was able to provide 2 twin rooms and one double at really short notice. We arrived early, and we knew we couldn't check in then, but leaving the car was not a problem The guy on reception when we arrived in the morning, and left the following morning, was really friendly and welcoming. A good choice of breakfast The bathroom in our room looked very recently done up, and was a good standard, felt like a high end hotel room All the staff we came across were friendly Very close to a tube station, so easy access into London (unfortunately the weekend we were there the entire Jubilee line was shut for engineering works, but this isn't the fault of the hotel, of course!)

Nothing :) One of my friends commented that it was a bit noisy with the planes, but given how close we were to Heathrow this is to be expected (and as I was wearing earplug I didn't notice!)

Ottima posizione vicino la metro e soprattutto comoda dall'aeroporto di Heathrow. Prezzi bassi per Londra.

Sraff friendly. Good breakfast. Shower was great. They put a fan in the room as it was so hot.

In reception ci ha accolto una bella ragazza che gentilmente ci ha spiegato il tutto accompagnandoci fino davanti camera,la camera con i tre letti aveva lo stretto necessario.... bagno appena ristrutturato, discreta la colazione tipica inglese.....vicino ci sono i market e fast-food,oltre allla metro che ti porta a Londra centro e in aeroporto....

La pulizia è un po' trascurata con polvere sopra i letti e ragnatele con ragni dappertutto....

Location

Smelly room. Noise from the halls and other rooms, including during the night. The shower temperature not controllable. The receptionist took a photo of my passport on his phone how can this be legal?

Free Parking is a nice touch

The room was compact but comfortable and clean. The shower was fantastic. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the outside garden area was a bonus. Breakfast was smashing.
