Great host, comfortable and clean room

Billy is really a great person, always ready to help you and make suggestions. He also helped us a lot in organizing excursions and pick-ups, at really honest prices. The place is simple and humble, but very clean and comfortable. The location is strategic because it is slightly outside the center of Moni, but you can reach it on foot with a nice walk on a road in the middle of the rice fields.

The bathroom could be improved, but it is still well kept and very clean. Breakfast is simple but nonetheless made with care by Billy.

A nice breakfast is included. The bed is really nice with mosquito net attached. The landlord, Jimmi, is very kind and helpful, and he needs all the financial support he can get. Value for money, but it is also very cheap.

This place is very cheap and very basic. The room does not even have a bottle of water and a cup or a glass. Also, there is not a lot of light inside the room. If you need lunch or dinner, you will have to walk 20-25 min along a very exposed road.

Great country location, and a fantastic host.

Host Billy very friendly and helps us with big luggages, thanks a lot ! Room very spacious and also very comfortable. Much Better than the one I booked for the other night in Moni( because Joseph Guesthouse fully booked) Look forward to coming back in the future!

A little chilly at night on the bed because the wind can come through from the upper window which could not be closed, but it is okey in general

A really welcoming guesthouse, in a lovely setting. Billy was super helpful in the run-up to our stay, arranging pick up and drop off at the airport, and travel to the three lakes. We had everything we needed, and the delicious cooked breakfast after our early hike was a highlight!

Great place! Billy and his wife were very friendly & kind. They prepared a special dinner for us which was definitely outstanding. The location is stunning and the room was tide and clean… I couldn’t ask for more!

The rooms were basic but very nice and clean facing the garden in the back. Billy was exceptionally nice and extremely helpful with everything from helping us renting a motorcycle to getting a driver for Kelimutu and he made our stay fantastic! The breakfast was also very good with fresh fruit !

Very lovely place to stay - close to Moni and lots of rice fields and nature. The owner was very kind and helped in arranging awesome customized tours for us. Moskitos always vanished after 6 pm, which was a nice surprise. Great times! Thank you Billy!

The bed was a bit hard.

Billy was very helpful, courteous and pleasant to speak with. Very prompt and clear communication from booking till completion of stay. Amenities and location of Joseph's Guest House are on point. Everything was taken care of. No complaints during our 2night stay at Joseph's guest house.
