Beautiful views from the terrace. Large clean room. Comfortable bed.

Water pressure in shower was low and the water didn’t get hot.

The two rooms were spacious and clean. Each had its own sitting area outside facing the river. The breakfast was delicious. Billy is very kind and helpful :)

Host Billy is a very friendly guy. He speaks perfect English, can arrange anything you need including spectacular day trip around Moni ( Vulcano, hot spring in rice fields, traditional villagers etc) He also give good advise for the rest of or Flores traveling Just visit him!

Room was a good size, clean, and has a beautiful view on the garden, and you hear the calming sound of the river. Enough outlets and a bedside light that actually worked. Billy, the owner, is a very nice relaxed guy and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time in Moni/Kelimutu.

Water pressure is, like almost everywhere in Flores, on the weak side.

We had a short but very good stay in Joseph's guesthouse! It was the most beautiful room we stayed in on our three-week trip through Flores: very modern, clean, large bathroom and an area to relax sitting outside. The host was very nice and helpful. We would love to come back at any time!

The property was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the room was amazing, little plus on the view from the room.

I enjoyed the fact that it was on the main highway to Maumere. A drop of from the bus directly to the home stay. I was sick and the fact that I couldn’t enjoy the surroundings and made it to the river bellow was a shame but I’ll be back. Feeling stronger and held by a loving community of kind people.

Billy, the owner was extremely helpful and nice. Very calm area.

the guesthouse is somewhat out of town but at the nice river setting.

Great location by the river, breakfast was perfect. Was lovely to chat to the owner.
