"Lovely for a short break"

Breakfast substantial, Kate and Nathan were great hosts and Gages Mill is within a 10 minute walk of Ashburton town centre so an ideal location.

"Warm, inviting with excellent hosts."

With wonderful hosts like Nathan and Kate, how could you not have a wonderful stay at Gages Mill. They made me feel so welcome, it was an absolute pleasure to talk with them and to enjoy the warm welcome and excellent accomodation. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, it was a total delight to stay with them.

Nothing really, as my daughter explained to me, I will not have huge showers in a country house, having lived in Thailand for 15 years now, I forget that showers are made for at least 4 people to fit in, that would be the only slight issue, small shower.

It was a beautiful place to stay with clean and comfortable room and beautiful view from the window. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us. We highly recommend this place.

"Lovely home from home."

Very comfortable home from home feel. Great location for my needs, just a few minutes drive to Ashburton Cookery School and on the edge of Dartmoor for some lovely walks. Ample safe parking and a lovely garden. Short walk into Ashburton. So friendly and lovely, I would definitely stay again.
