Nice and quiet good for all family

Too much dependence on one caretaker

The property is well-maintained and clean. Excellent location — just a 2-minute walk to the beach. Very close to the local market and restaurants, which is extremely convenient. The place is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxed stay.

There is no emergency contact number available. Communication is only possible via WhatsApp, and that too only between 9 AM to 9 PM. In case of any emergency after that, guests are expected to knock on the owner’s door, which is a little far away from the room. This felt quite inconvenient and unsafe. They provide 1 liter of complimentary drinking water per day. Extra bottles are chargeable, which is understandable. However, to refill the bottle from the RO filter, you have to personally go to the owner’s place before 7:30 PM. If you need water at night (for any reason), you have no option but to step out. As a guest, it would have been much more comfortable if someone could have arranged to deliver or assist with water when needed. Be prepared for mosquitoes. It’s important to keep doors and windows closed at all times. The mosquito repellent machine was not working despite my request to get it fixed. No toilet freshener or room freshener was provided in the washroom. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not functioning. After using the toilet, the smell lingers for a very long time, which was quite unpleasant. The night lamp was not working. Once the main lights are switched off, the room becomes completely pitch dark, making it difficult to move around at night.

Pretty garden, quiet street, great location close to the beach, pleasant host.

Amazing place! Staff is very friendly is helpful. Location is simply perfect: 2 minutes from the beach, surrounded with nice garden, 7 minutes from the main road with all the supermarkets and other facilities. Nice balcony - I enjoyed having breakfast there. AC and ceiling fan work well. Fridge and kettle were provided. Water bottles were also provided (but not enough for the whole stay).

Wifi was a bit unreliable (worked well only close to the window). No shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom.
