Pensjonat U Jacka

I will start with all the good stuff because there is a lot - location - perfect. You wake up next to a beautiful lake, and you can walk from the property to lots of hiking areas without a car or public transport. Also, there is a bus next to the hotel that goes straight to Olsztyn centre. The food is amazing - breakfast is great, and the food in the restaurant that is located on the property is delicious and not expensive. The room was huge and we had a balcony. We also had a jacuzzi, which was a great bonus. The whole place is cozy and really relaxing.

Some of the staff do not speak English and are not making an effort to assist. We stayed for 5 nights and the room wasn't cleaned even once. We had to go to the reception every day to ask for lean towels and for toilet paper.

Świetna lokalizacja nad jeziorem i łatwy dojazd do centrum. Duży pokój, życzliwa i pomocna obsługa. Wyśmienite śniadania.

Sehr nettes , hilfsbereites Personal an Rezeption und Restaurant. Tolles Frühstück!

Unser Zimmer hatte keine Mückengitter an den Fenstern, dadurch hatten wir die Wahl zwischen sehr wenig Luft und sehr vielen Mücken...

Miejsce,które odwiedzam już po raz kolejny i zawsze jestem miło zaskoczona. Lokalizacja bardzo na plus,bo na uboczu głównych turystycznych ścieżek ;-) Prywatna plaża to jest sztos. Genialne śniadania w formie bufetu szwedzkiego-pyszna kawa. W związku z małym zawirowaniem z rezerwacją,zamiast pokoju dostaliśmy piękny domek przy samej plaży z wszelkimi udogodnieniami-czysto,wygodnie i tuż przy wodzie-piękne słoneczne poranki do podziwiania z tarasu. Na plaży leżaki,tuż obok domku grill. Personel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny.
