Location and the interiors

William is rude. what is the point of running a hospitality business with manner less and irresponsible staff. Jacuzzi is set to boiling hot. WIF connects but no internet. there is muddy puddle Infront of the room 11 even when there is no rain.

Everything was good from reception till checkout

Load child in a adjacent room. That the staff had no control over but were a irritant for me.

The stuff members Mr Mapula and Mr Piet where welcoming friendly and helpful. The food was very tasteful and plated well compliments to the chef.The water was always warm, no loadshedding. No inconvenience. The Jacuzzi worked wonders ✨️ 👌 The rooms where clean comfortable and the beds where in a good state with Egyptian cotton comfort. The overall quality of service is out of this world.
