Cleanliness and the friendly staff

Shower in our room had low pressure

It was very clean and it’s a beautiful place .The stuff went out of their way to assist us,they were very friendly

The area is quiet and safe.

1.Enterimg the property for checking in was bad. The contact number of the property at the gate was not answered. 2. The door had a fan light with a clear glass panel. There was a very bright light at the passage which lights up the entire room and made it difficult to sleep. The staff was not responsive as I needed it to be switched off as I couldn't sleep. It was as if it was daylight even when I had switched all lights in my room. I followed all communication channels but was not attended to. 3. The toilet had not door and therefore all the smell went to the entire room. there is no extractor fan and windows don't open for ventilation. 4. There were too much noises on the passages of kids and music from the other room, which disturb the peace and quiet.

Staff was amazing and friendly went out their way to check in us they go above an beyond breakfast was great every morning
