Zimmer sind recht groß, wenn man die richtige Kategorie bucht.

Das Guesthouse ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Man sieht wie verwohnt es ist. Der Frühstücksservice ist zwar sehr freundlich aber wenn Frühstück ab 7Uhr angeboten wird, und man auch bescheid sagt, dass man früh da sein wird, sollte es auch fertig sein. Wir standen erstmal vor der Tür. Am zweiten Tag war es besser, wir aber auch später.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel is very clean

The area is nice and quiet and the rooms are clean.

Our stay was such a horrible experience. I was called out of the dining area, while eating breakfast to be informed of the towel with a coffee stain and that if they fail to remove the stain I will have to pay for it. Later a cleaner knocked in our room to inform me that they failed to remove the coffee stain on the towel and that i needed to pay R250 for it, which i ended up paying. The communication was also very poor. There was hardly no one at the reception to assist with any issues that we encountered. There is however a communication app which we needed to download which gave us problems from the day we got to the hotel until we left, and there was no one was available to assist with that. I believe there is definitely a huge room for improvement to ensure guests are treated with respect without any interrogation by the staff members and that they enjoy thier stay at the hotel.
