Excellent stay. Lovely room on the top floor. Good facilities including tea, chocolate, biscuits, plenty of milk sachets. Ironing board and iron. Even a fan in the room which was used due the heat outside. My double bed was very comfortable although my daughter thought her single was a little hard, it was fine for me when we swapped. Parking in the street although, if desperate, the owner has a space or two at the back of the building. Massive towels in bathroom. Really clean rooms. Most enjoyable stay. More south shore so very close to Pleasure Beach and Water park. Pier close by although if you want the central pier or Blackpool Tower, it is a 25 min walk. Massive Wetherspoon within 5 minute walk and a number of fish and chips shops nearby. Great location for a family.

Everything good. No complaints. The owner went out of his way to chat and give information where needed.

"Great value, comfortable stay!"

This guest house was perfect for our needs (the second year we have stayed!) The rooms were clean and comfortable and in a good location to walk to an event we were attending! Also the free parking was great! Mark was really helpful and gave us great advice on local cafe’s and real ale bars in the area! He also kindly upgraded my son’s single room to a double! Thank you Mark!

Electric shower was not very powerful but a minor point!
