The service and room was absolutely exceptional! The hotel manager had basically thought of everything someone might need for a stay in a hotel; Tissue boxes on either side of the bed with their own bedside tables. The bathroom cabinet was stocked with facial wipes, feminine sanitary products and even cotton buds and cotton balls. Just a lot of little details that a lot of hotels miss out on, but are incredibly helpful, especially for a week long stay. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a room that had; A decent sized fridge, a large fan, ironing board, a rack to hang your clothes on, a bottle opener, kettle, complimentary biscuits, teas, coffees and hot chocolates and a mounted TV. The fridge is an absolute god-send during the hot summer, as it kept all of our drinks that we brought back to the hotel nice and cold! Every day that we went out, we returned to find the hot drinks and biscuits were restocked, the carpet had been hoovered, bins emptied and the bathroom wiped down. We always felt attended to, but it never felt like our space was being encrouched upon. The hotel is very close to quite a few shops and take-aways as well, it's in a very decent location to reach most places on the south shore of Blackpool. So if you are going to stay for, let's say, The Pleasure Beach, this hotel is ideal! Especially since it was on a relatively quiet road to boot. Mark, the gentleman who ran the hotel, is absolutely amazing and I sincerely hope he gets plenty of business for many years to come as his service is pretty much second to none! Oh, and the price for the room was an absolute steal given the cleanliness of the rooms and the service provided!

The shower water pressure wasn't as high as I would like...... So really, in the grand scheme of things, I'm doing the typical British thing of TRYING to find something to complain about XD

Couldnt fault anything at all. Mark was amazing, rooms were clean and essentials were there that was needed. Had an amazing stay and would recommend to anyone.

Everything we needed Very clean and tidy rooms Our bathroom and shower was very well laid out, recently been renewed and very clean Not a large room but worked ok for us Host willing to follow our request of being left to it which is important to us Good location not too far from south pier and tram stop. If you’re doing pleasure beach that’s not far away. Clothes rail for hanging items Tea coffee hot chocolate and biscuits provided Fridge in room super useful

Would be nice to see a couple of pictures on the wall they’re very bare A single set of drawers for small items like underwear would be handy Can be a bit too noisy to have window open on a night

Mark is a great host. Close to the rail station and the promenade. My room was very comfortable.
