Great location, Mark was lovely, great facilities.

It was a little too warm, we did keep turning the radiator off and the bed was abit hard. But everything else was GREAT.

Me and my sister found the room very clean and had everything needed for a stay including a fridge. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The TV had streaming apps and the internet worked well. The housekeeping was done when we came back after a quick breakfast. Mark the owner was welcoming and nothing felt like too much trouble. He removed the guests that were causing noise disturbance and let us leave our luggage after checking out whilst we had a few more hours in Blackpool.

The arguing couple opposite our room on the first night made us feel a bit tense. Due to it happening at around 11pm-1am where we are usually still awake anyway I just sent a text to Mark and they did eventually shut up when we went to bed.

Mark was an excellent host, attentive but not over bearing. The room was spacious, a nice temperature and comfortable. Great value for money.

Mark was a great host,always quick to answer my questions before we arrived. Helped me with parking made it stress free . The room was absolutely spotless . The extra bits are fab to have in the bathroom The room was warm and the bedding. .Thank you very much will return .

The room was warm, clean and tidy, there was a kettle, tea, coffee and milk, and also hot chocolate for the kids. The shower was clean with fresh towels. TV was good, lots of channels but we connected our netflix to watch a film. There was a fridge in the room. It was not plugged in as we were only staying 2 days. But if you were saying longer you could have kept fresh supplies in there. Mark was a welcoming guy who told us all what we needed to know and was not intrusive, just what we like.

The only negative thing that I could think of was that the quilts were too heavy. But if you like heavy quilts then you'll be absolutely fine.

We liked the fact we were only about a 5 minute walk to the tram and we were central to restaurants and shops. We went in October and the weather wasn't great, but we were comfy in the room with the radiator, the heating was a god send, also could not hear the noise outside, it was comfortable and warm, with the added bonus of a fridge and kettle and ironing facilities and a hairdryer in the room, everything was really thought out. So much so. That we have booked for 4 nights this time next year. Would highly recommend. Mark is such a nice man. A lovely host and nothing was too much bother for him.

Fantastic place! I stayed here for more than one week. As I love staying here and Blackpool so much. 💙 Mark is incredibly responsible, friendly, and helpful. 🙏🏼 I felt very comfortable, safe, and happy during my stay. 😊
