Mark was very friendly and welcoming. We would stay here again when in Blackpool. Comfortable, clean with everything needed in our room. Great location. Would recommend.

Room was spotless and Mark was great popping in each day to freshen the place up. Very comfortable beds and space was ideal. Having a fridge in the room was very handy as was other facilities such as hair dryer and iron/ ironing board. Noise level of others within the building was very minimal and security/access was great. Mark was a friendly face each morning and checking if we needed anything from start to finish. Location was ideal, a few minutes from the South beach, Pleasure beach and South pier, and a nice 20 minutes approx from central pier. All round a great for value stay for us and our son for 4 nights to explore Blackpool. Thanks!!

Mark us awesone i goofed up accidentally. I didnt know u couldn't put bottles of fizzy pop in freezer compartment area of fridge luckily no damage i was understansably in tears when that happened. I never knew . Tip for others never chill fizzy bottles of pop coz they explode 2 days later My learing diffficulties are 2 blame for my naivity & ignorance.

I liked everything except my dumb ass stupidity naivity above. Sorry mark ur an awesome host. A millioin out of a million.
