Nothing, absolutely zero !!!

I booked a deluxe double room with en suite. We were given a room with a shared bathroom and told by the owner that it was booking.coms fault for double booking apparently This place is a dump, allergy free rooms apparently, I found a pile of dirty dishes and cutlery on top of the wonky broken wardrobe.

"okay location but lots to improve."

location is close to the town centre. quiet location and we had good sleep. good Wi-Fi good bed mattress for us. good sized bedroom for a weekend.

lack of coffee and hand wash BBC 1 channel on tv showing issues of connectivity. the host didn’t answered what I need mainly taxi and I expected from the host with good local knowledge. i struggled to find taxis to get to Chelmsford, a bit of help from the host would be nice. host didn’t read my booking for two guests and supplied just one bath towel. no hand towel supplied. very small bin. very dirty and greasy inside drawers.
