Una dimora splendida, un'antica villa in campagna a due passi da Macerata, fantastico ritiro per rilassarsi e visitare i dintorni, da Macerata ai più bei borghi marchigiani, fino al Conero, è tutto a portata di mano. Fantastica l'accoglienza dei padroni di casa, che non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla.

Annalisa and Franscico were so friendly and welcoming, really lovely people. We stayed 4 nights, the pool was great, gardens glorious and location just a few minutes drive to Maceratas.

Bed was a little hard for our liking but not a problem.

This place is absolutely amazing. We were welcomed by Analisa and Francesco with cold water and a coffee. They gave us tips of places to see in the region. The room was big and comfortable with a nice balcony. Only the sofa was a bit noisy. The breakfast was very good, and the hosts were always there to ask if everything was ok, and to make a small chat. The villa is beautiful and the large garden is very peacefull, so is the very nice pool area. Macerata is very close ( by car) and is a nice town to visit and have diner. We loved our stay here! Thank you Francesco and Analisa.

If I must say something, the bed is a bit hard, but I guess that is everywhere in Italy.

The hosts are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The house is gorgeous and so close to Macerata; we were there for the opera and it was very convenient. We are coeliac and Annalisa made a huge effort at short notice to ensure we had breakfast that worked for us. It is a very lovely place to use as a base for Macerata and the surrounding Marche area. The pool area is quiet and peaceful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, plenty of towels were provided. Our room had aircon and a balcony. I would very much like to stay longer next time.

A very old family villa, full of antique furniture. If you enjoy historic and authentic Italian houses, this is for you. Although only just outside the town, it was very quiet in its setting. The breakfast was very generous and included a good variety of food.

We had given our time of arrival on the booking form, but were repeatedly asked (3 times) to confirm this, prior to arriving, and yet when we arrived the host was not available. A non-English speaking friend was on site and did her best with help from Google, to translate requirements and give us instructions.

Going to dinner in the town and having to find the way back in the dark driving the car
