The location in the valley below Macerata is excellent. The grounds are peaceful and beautiful as is the view. The staff is friendly and proactive. The beds in our room were excellent.

The breakfasts were exquisite. Our room was huge and opulent, and the location was bucolic, peaceful and picturesque.

Exceptionally beautiful garden and household that also functions as a home, not just a BnB. This gave one the feeling of being a guest rather than a client. Furnishings are authentic and owners/staff super friendly and accommodating. Breakfasts were composed of real food, not prepackaged.

I hope nothing changes. It was perfect.

"Exceptional"

Its got a cosy comfortable feel of an english country house where everything is authentic and casual at the same time. An exceptional garden where breakfast would have been served. (We came during some terrible storms). Its not in central Macerata but down a tiny unpaved road. We extended our stay by a day because it was such a great place from which to explore the area.
