We enjoyed my stay at AbbaNive very much, regret having stayed only one night. The host welcomed us in a friendly way, arranged winery visit for us and that winery was really fitted to our preference; natural wine by an independent vigneron. Spacious living room with fire place was very pleasant to relax, also the kitchen made our quick-lunch and breakfast easy. Bathroom worked well and clean. The host said a room can be connected for family. The town of Mamoiada is charming to walk around. I wish I could return during the Mamuthones festival season.

Super nice location, great service and perfect for our vacation. So nice we extended and stayed and extra night.

I loved the decor, very tasteful and everything of good quality and authentically Italian. Lovely original paintings in the lounge area. Lovely view from the bedroom window, everything sparkling clean, beautiful kitchen. Great attention to detail. Breakfast was not included officially but we were offered breakfast free of charge. The bus stop was a fair distance from the house and up a hill but Alessandro picked us up when we arrived and dropped us off when we left. His young son helped to translate about bus tickets for us and we were made to feel very welcome. We were allowed to make tea or coffee in the kitchen too. It was warm in the room as the weather had got a bit chilly, and the kitchen had a wood burning stove which was lit the day we left.

We were a party of 8 traveling together. It is located within a neighborhood of Mamoiada on the second floor. Very comfortable 5 rooms, overlooking the whole village with a beautiful mountain background. Alessandro the owner was very friendly and helpful with his two sons, David and Michael, translating from Italian to English. A comfortable living room with sofas. A washing machine is available. A nice backyard with plants and a place to dry washings. A fully equipped kitchen where you can cook. No breakfast but some cakes, cookies, jams and rusks are provided. Parking is within the premises.

There is no elevator to the second floor.

The owner Alessandro is exceptional. He is prepared, helpful, knowledgeable, personable, friendly and responsive. He goes the extra mile. We would stay here again ! Grazie mille Alessandro
