AbbaNive is a real gem in the beautiful mountain village of Mamoiada. Exploring Sardinia’s inland villages is essential to know the history, culture and beauty of the island. AbbaNive is the perfect place from which to explore. A beautiful modern apartment with shared living area but very private bedrooms, we found everything we needed for our stay. It is situated high on the hill above the town but easily walkable to restaurants, museums etc in this lovely village. We recommend Su Tapiu restaurant. It is a five star restaurant tucked in the mountains, family run, phenomenal food wow!!! We loved our stay at AbbaNive and recommend highly!

An exceptional property, situated overlooking the stunning village of Mamoiada. Alessandro and Bianca made us feel at home and gave us some brilliant local recommendations for wining and dining. The accommodation itself is very well located and is spacious, comfortable and stylish. Well worth a visit if you're passing through this beautiful part of Sardinia!

this B&B is a family affair, a family both hospitable and generous. Alessandro gave us a warm welcome despite our late arrival. The son in high school translated when our Italian faltered. And the grandfather not only helped us repair a bicycle but insisted on giving us fluorescent safety vests for our cycling the next day in the rain! All the above was in addition to restaurant recommendations, spotless accommodations and a well supplied kitchen for self- serve breakfast, which facilitated our early departure. we look forward to visiting Mamoida and AbbaNive again soon!

Everyone we met around the house was super friendly and welcoming. I loved the little garden next to a little vinyard, the fantastic view over the town and the possibility to grab some snacks for breakfast. The room was exactely like expected.

The room is part of an apartment (which I generally liked), but the walls are thin. We could hear the neighbors, but we also felt bad waking them up when we came late from dinner.

A great guest house in the high part of Mamoiada, with the panorama of the village and the mountains before you, and with the silence of the fields and forests behind you. Five comfortable rooms, a large kitchen where all you can reunite in the evening, a hospitable and helpful host, a place close to every important site in Barbagia. I can only recommend it. • Attention: two rooms share the same bathroom situated between them, take it into consideration if you plan for a group.
