"All was well until the following morning when we had to go have breakfast"

We paid for breakfast. We were however told it wasn’t available. The lady said she was not informed she had to make breakfast. Pathetic excuse!

I didn't ask for breakfast.

They need to ensure Aircon is working and remote has batteries.Can also ensure there's coffee in the rooms.

"Apart feom everything else, our stay at the place was amazing"

I didn't order breakfast

Cleaning at the place could be better. The bathroom was not clean especially the toilet on our arrival. The bathroom had no tissue, we had to request for it
