"Wonderful place with fabulous hosts"

This is a secluded home with wonderful hosts! We were close proximity to Dunnotar Castle and Stonehaven. There were wonderful restaurants nearby.

Everything was amazing!

"Heaven in Aberdeenshire"

This place is phenomenal, exceptionally high quality of both facilities and furnishings. The hostess Angie could not have been more helpful, what a brilliant treat awaits you if you stay here. The scenery, the walks, the views are magnificent. This is a hidden gem. I cannot recommend this guest house enough. I have already booked a long weekend with my wife for next month, and I'm already counting down the days.

Very peaceful and quiet, well appointed and stocked. Everything was very clean and the host was very friendly and helpful with any questions. I enjoyed the view from the back window and we were able to see some great scenery! Shower was great.

Beds were a little uncomfortable - but that is just personal preference. The location is a little out of the way from the main attractions in the area - but I should have researched that better... all in all it wasn't bad - just different than what I was expecting. I would for sure stay there again.

"Toadhall is definitely a place to visit time and again"

Lovely location and the neighbours were friendly too (Peacocks, Geese, Chickens and Toads). Amazing breakfasts and a good variety including surprises (say what you don’t like and be surprised each morning). Handy for so many places.

"An unexpected AMAZING stay!"

Found the place by searching where to stay around StoneHaven. Found this place, booked it in no time, without knowing what to expect at all. Last minute trip, booked on the go. Once arrived, what a GOOD surprise! A lovely wee cotage, lost between Stonehaven and Aberdeen. The warm welcoming by hosts and the stay was incredible. You book a BnB, but feels like you will be staying at your old friend's place for the night! And I'm not even speaking about the Peacocks waiting for you and the back garden full of chickens and rabbits! This place 5min away from the lovely beach! What more can we ask for ?! Genuinely! I'll definitely be back. If it's not to visit Aberdeenshire, it will be for the mindfulness retreat that the place offers. We can only recommend! Jelena & Nico

Lovely, freshly cooked breakfast. Especially love the cooked pears in honey. Great location near a lovely secluded beach. Very friendly owners.
