The staff were all so amazing and friendly, this was my second time staying at Thelma and You and loved it, will be staying there again in the future.

"Place pleasant"

Staff member was not there at arrival. Had to wait and made phone calls. The arrival time was clearly states. We were parked in and could not get out. My husband had to walk to Cavendish. No staff member was available to assist. No indication was given that this is a possibility.

"Despite the very small room, we were welcomed and taken care of by the very friendly host, Happy."

The host, Happy, was very friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable.

The room we were assigned was VERY small. It did not match the photos on the website, which only portrayed the large rooms on the property.
