The Blyde Riverwalk estate, Crystal Lagoon

We were very excited before arrival.

Very small unit with 2 small double beds supposed to be enough space for 7people. The fact that Booking.com allocated this accomodation was shocking to say the least. Look at the pictures: 6people hardly fitting on the beds. Where am I supposed to sleep?

Breakfast wast included. Rooms were absolutely disgusting.

Rooms, poor communication from host. Little to no info regarding the procedure of entry to facilities.

The apartment was very quiet and enjoyed the lagoon

The second day, they refused me access to the lagoon and said I am not registered

The lagoon and the restaurant.

Almost every thing. We struggled with everything. Getting access to the beach / lagoon. Getting gate access. There was no house keeping. Electricity got finished along our stay. There was no tissue. There were no drinking glasses. No pan. It was just a disaster. Worst

Everything smelt fresh and new in the apartment. There were welcome drinks for myself and my sons. The owner was always a call away and super patient and kind. The remoteness of the area and the amenities within the establishment

For booking. Com to hay people pay for accommodation while the venue is already fully booked and have a delay to refund the money. Now you will have to make another booking with another money which is more costly.

The beds were not comfortable
