The pools

Staff don’t answer their phones, from the admin person Yonela, to housekeeping person called Riri. Very Untidy apartment, superficially cleaned unit440. Superficially cleaned showers Dirty beds and floors under beds very dirty. Only Chipped utensils provided Sour securities & admin staff, I even asked staff at concierge if they were ok. Very unpleasant stay

"the apartment needs to be up to standard,mostly the kitchen equipment"

Gate pass was unclear upon arrival. Security couldn't let us in in time. Someone had to go to the gate and rectify the problem .
