pool good , service very bad , value money 💰, is too much , the room very bad all it lie in the appertment, no coffe machine , bed very small , not even bottle of water , not pool view , no aircone , nosy

The room was more than I expected clean and beautiful

The security guard were so mean I waited 45 mi. Before they helped me

Communication with reception was bad

Make sure cleaning is perfect for new people on arrival and bed are not into good condition

100% Activities

Loadshedding which affected hot water, we did not take the shower evening and also in the morning had to leave the place unbath and the place was not need oh my God the Fridge inside, the dust all over and looked like someone is staying there full time. Other cupboard were locked I did not feel safe and comfortable at all

The lagoon was perfect, apartment has nice furniture but needs to be well cleaned and mntained.

Had to wait at the gate for the confirmation of my unit and room number whereas I submitted all my information on time.
