The property was not What we expected. So she said that we must cancel and then receive out money back.. unfortunatly this didnt happen

Lack of Transparency and Poor Communication I booked a 4-night stay at Casa Paliton well before the cancellation deadline of May 27, 2025. Unfortunately, we were only informed of the resort’s consistent power outage on the day of our arrival — June 1, 2025 — which was already past the cancellation period. As a result, we were advised to find alternative accommodation upon arrival, which was extremely inconvenient. Had the resort informed us about the situation in advance, we could have made alternative plans and avoided the hassle altogether. Casa Paliton does not have a backup generator, which is crucial given the ongoing power outages on the island. Their failure to notify guests ahead of time was a major oversight. Another concern is that I was no longer eligible to request a refund through Booking.com due to the expired cancellation window. Fortunately, the owner offered a partial refund through a private arrangement — Php 5,400 out of the Php 6,048 I paid — which I appreciate. This is a cautionary note to future guests: Be sure to confirm the current situation on the island and check whether the accommodation has essential amenities like a generator. More importantly, I urge Casa Paliton to practice transparency and proactively inform guests of any issues that could impact their stay.

Very good location and great food. The rooms are clean but need renovation.

Can cook and most importantly has a functional water heater than can get really hot just how i like it. For the price it includes free breakfast and has nice landscaping for cool and relaxing effect. Close to paliton beach and boulevard and hippest bars and restaurants 5-10 mins ride

The bathroom windows is kinda see through even when closed, it can cast a silhouette of the person inside esp when taller then 5’5
