"Best place to stay in the area"

This is my favorite place to stay in Luton/Dunstable area. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bathroom is big, shower is great, bed is comfortable. Have been staying here for years and have never been disappointed. Carmen, the owner, couldn't be more friendly and helpful. All in all, totally recommended!

Great location on the edge of The Downs. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

The shower was fine for me, but my son is a bigger unit and struggled with the shower size.

"Peaceful stay, room comfort could have been better"

Good communication with the owner, even though I was running late for check in, she was very understanding over the phone. House was in a very quiet neighbourhood, and couldn't really hear the other guests in the building at all. Great en suite in room. Lots of free parking available, although the overflow entrance is a little narrow, so be careful!

Struggled to sleep as the pillows were too firm, and there wasn't any other variety of pillows in the room. Room was cold on arrival, the owner offered to turn on heating but it was very late and I didn't want to risk being too hot overnight so declined the offer, to my regret. Perhaps checking room temperature before guest arrival might help.
