Very clean, nice shower, quiet area.

Missing basic essentials like a bath mat and water glass. Was assured I would be able to access something I had left in the fridge but found door locked on my early departure. Walking distance to ok food but uncomfortable walking back on my own at night.

The host was very welcoming. The B&B is in a very quiet cul-de-sac and you could hardly hear any traffic noise, even with the windows open but at the same time, it is just a short walk into town where you have supermarkets and restaurants. So the location is ideal if you are visiting Dunstable. There is also quite a number of marked parking spaces on the driveway plus some additional parking at the rear property (though entrance is quite narrow). There is a garden available for guests (though I didn't use it). The room looks as if it has been repainted recently. :Leaving the window open so the room could benefit from fresh air was a nice touch on what was a hot day. The owners have obviously worked really hard to provide a good B&B. It's also good value compared to some other nearby hotels.

There wasn't much that I didn't like really. The decor is not to my taste (especially the lino and bed linen) and there is evidence of some DIY mishaps in the bathroom. It's a functional room rather than somewhere to stay for a special occasion. The duvet was too heavy a weight for the time of year and the bed not the most comfy (but despite that, I had a good night's sleep). The TV wires aren't hidden so look a bit untidy and I couldn't get to grips with the TV remote controls (though that's probably just me).

Everything was Brilliant.

Very welcoming. Room really clean. Beds super comfortable and great breakfast. Also plenty of parking.
