Good easy to find location, clean room and bathroom, nice owner/Lady, good breakfast, room above were a little noisy but overall, very good value.

noisy neighbours, would have liked somewhere to sit apart from the bed.

Friendly owners and a nice breakfast. The room was warm and the bed comfortable.

There was nowhere to sit and no bedside lighting - just the main switch by the door. Not a big deal but it really is just a bed and a shower.

Location was perfect, as was initial communication with the property.

Simply the room - I stated that i am a light sleeper. Room one was located next to the main entrance and within earshot of everyone coming and going, plus the noise of the barking dogs. The bed it self was very uncomfortable; thus very little sleep. The heating in the room went off about 7pm; the room was very cold; which also contributed to no sleep.

Very well-run B&B. Host friendly, helpful and efficient but not obtrusive. Good communication. House clean, well-decorated and comfortable. Good breakfast. On-site parking. Very good location: quiet, easy access on the edge of town, 10 min walk into the centre of Dunstable. Excellent value. Will certainly stay there again.

"A little Gem"

After having to check out of our original hotel due to the smell and being a council drop off venue, we booked Cherish End last minute. The moment we did it was perfect !!! Carmel & her husband were welcoming, helpful and great hosts. The room was warm, clean and comfortable. The bathroom beautiful and so quiet so we had an amazing night's sleep too followed by a great breakfast. It really has got us thinking about using family run guest houses in future as the service is so much more personal.
