"Clean and welcoming and well priced for what's on offer."

I chose Cherish End due to the price of the room and the fact that I could put my motorcycle round the back where it's away from passing traffic. On arrival I received a warm welcome and once in and changed I was able to walk into town to find dinner (Little Lahore is brilliant for authentic curries btw). I could have had something delivered but I needed the exercise and to warm up after a long cold ride.

Finding the guesthouse in a dark street was challenging. I've amended it now but Google Maps took me to a property near the junction and despite parking and walking around I didn't spot their signs on the wall of the property. Luckily a passing homeowner was able to direct me to the right building.

"Better not be particular..."

Very large room on ground floor. Friendly staff. Quiet room. Easy access to countryside walk. House is in cul-de-sac. Nice shower!

No room service during my stay, two spiders shared the room with me. Dead flies on the windowsill in the breakfast room (and they stayed there for the duration of my stay. Yuck.) "Full English Breakfast" a bit of a joke - two eggs, one rasher of beacon, one tomato, some toast. Enough coffee though. What I really disliked: it says the place is 10 minutes from the town center. Not true, it took me almost 30 minutes, and I'm a fast walker! The owners have dogs, and I encountered several fleas.

Friendly host, lovely breakfast, clean room, easy to find.

Strong smell coming from drain in bathroom - was very clean in bathroom but just horrid smell. Door to room tricky to open.

Beautiful place in a nice green area. Very clean and cosy room. Super delicious breakfast and very friendly welcoming staff.

Nothing really, but if need to point something the door lock could be better, it was quite hard to open the door.
