The Studio

The location was very good for us as we had a party in the town centre. The communication was good before we arrived. The studio was clean.

The furniture was old and marked. Spare bedding and towels were just thrown in the bottom if the wardrobe. The kettle was on top of the bookcase which we thought was a safety hazard. There was a large hole in the duvet cover. The towels were stained with bleach.

It felt home 🙂

Very clean and comfortable studio, and had everything we needed for a short stay. The hosts have been very helpful leading up to the stay too. Great value for money.

Basic accommodation but very good value for money for a brilliant location in the heart of Guildford with off-street parking included. Comfortable, warm and clean with lots of thoughtful touches.

There is no mobile data at the property on EE, so be careful to make a note of the wifi password before you arrive, or you won't be able to retrieve it.

Location was good, and the parking spot was a bonus. The shower was good. The studio was small but big enough for 1 person

It was a bit tired and dirty. The shower curtain had mould on it, the kitchen sink and bathroom taps and shower were grubby and the blinds had a thick layer of dust on them. A bedside table and lamp would have been a nice addition

Excellent, private and comfortable studio with lovely patio. Richard was so lovely and accommodating. The parking space was also an excellent plus. Lovely shower and bathroom. Comfy bed. All in all a fantastic place!

A bedside table would be handy, as would a lamp in the room.
