Kettle is quite dirty with fungus in the water growing inside it.

Handy parking with convenient private access had plenty of facilities

Good to find somewhere affordable in the right location. Good shower. Good to have a proper sink for washing up. Good to have a microwave and toaster as well as a kettle. Comfortable mattress. Comfortable desk chair. Efficient small electric heater that warmed the room up well when the radiator didn’t work. Very private. Good Wi-Fi. Responsive, helpful host.

Very cold on arrival as the radiator wasn’t working, but Richard says that it has now been fixed. No phone signal on O2 and O2 don’t support Wi-Fi calling for pay as you go, only for those paying monthly. However WhatsApp messaging worked well to keep in touch with family.

We were very cold in the property if the heating was easy to switch on and extra blankets provided wouldv been fine poss a TV in room a good idea however nice accommodation but freezing cold in there

I liked the facilities and the parking for the property. It's quite close to central Guildford and was very reasonably priced. There was great communication from the property regarding how to get there and how to check in well ahead of time.

Parking the car could be challenging for less experienced drivers due to the tight spacing. Not the property's fault just a really packed street.

The studio fitted our needs needed a place to crash after night out comfortable ,and was close to town

Even having loads of data on phones no signal not even messages were comming through and it's how people communicate when meeting up
