We stayed here because we were visiting our daughter who lives in Guildford and did not fancy sleeping on her floor! This is an inexpensive no frills way to stay in Guildford, it has a car a parking space and is a relatively close to the high street. The hosts description is realistic, you really would struggle to cook in the space, it is just a clean place to sleep and freshen up.

Given the price, the hosts comments and the pictures I do not feel that any gripes would be fair or realistic. Could the décor be fresher - possibly, could it have better cooking facilities - maybe. But you need to be realistic, we paid less then £60 for the night in December.

A lovely little place, secluded so I felt safe, I could even bolt the back gate. It was warm and cosy. Shower and bathroom were all spotless and everything worked well. Great location and I could walk into Guildford town centre in 15mins along well lit streets. This is a great stop over place for me to visit my son who is studying at the University.

I wasn't sure about which property it was, as I arrived in the dark. Although the instructions were clear it perhaps could have mentioned that the parking was accessed from Cline Street. A blind on the back door would have been useful to ensure 100% privacy.

Very convenient location to visit the centre of Guildford. The Studio was warm and comfortable. The off street parking was very valuable as there was little space to park locally.

Could have had some fresh milk for tea and coffee making. Also newer towels could be provided, other than that all ok.

Probably a small TV or a little radio would be useful...and a blind on the back door 😃

Nice room. Unfortunately, heating was not on for overnight. But I managed to turn on the electric heater in the morning for an hour.

Good location, value for money, very clean, good shower, very comfortable bed, parking which is good as there is none in the area available.

It was exactly as described and exactly what I wanted - somewhere small and quiet and which had everything I needed. The host had kindly left drinks and supplies, messaged me with all the information I needed, and didn't mind that I was turning up late. Great use of space - it was very compact - and beautifully clean. Also, the bed was very comfy!
