The location was perfect for the show we went to at G live

Self contained and private. Good communication with owner. Very close to train station for travelling into London.

The host was very communicative and they let me know that the room was ready early. The instructions were very clear and well thought out. Having a fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave was wonderful. There was a second kitchen sink which was useful.

The desk with a chair on wheels, a small folding bistro table and 2 chairs would be great as these could also be used outdoors in the yard.

Unpretentious affordable stay in Guildford. Great communication from the host.

All very good.

Could do with a curtain or blind over the window in the entrance door, as you have to pass this to go to the bathroom/toilet.
