"Quiet and peaceful stay in an alley!"

Miss Tuyết is such an amazing and welcoming host. Everything was perfect and exactly as described. The room was very clean and included everything that was in the listing. The quality also matched previous photos. The guest house is within walking distance of a famous crab soup restaurant, across a busy street. The alley where it is located is very peaceful and quiet. The room I stayed in had no noise. It was within walking distance or by bike to many famous attractions. I would happily stay here again. There is also a drink and sweets shop inside the guest house, where you can order drinks and snacks.

Sehr ruhiges, sauberes und komfortables Zimmer mit Balkon. Das Badezimmer war hervorragend (abgetrennte Dusche, modern, sauber). Preis-Leistung war super. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.

Sonderfall: Wir sind wegen des Wetters in Haiphong "gestrandet" und brauchten einen spontanen Transfer nach Hanoi Airport - das Guesthouse bietet leider keine Dienstleistungen oder Hilfestellungen für Busbuchungen, Transfers o.Ä. an.

Bác chủ rất thân thiện, vui tính, nhiệt tình. Phòng nghỉ sạch sẽ, được dọn phòng miễn phí hàng ngày. Nhà nghỉ trong ngõ nên view ko đặc sắc, tuy nhiên ban công mở ra rất thoáng mát. Tại chỗ nghĩ có bán đồ uống rất okela.

Vòi sen phòng mình hơi yếu, wifi tivi thường xuyên bị ngắt khi xem.

Phòng sạch sẽ, phòng tắm đầy đủ tiện nghi. Vị trí trung tâm thành phố.

Nhân viên nên tiết chế cảm xúc và giải thích bình tĩnh khi không có vấn đề không hài lòng :)))
