Everything!! The location, the view, the facilities, the food, but overall - the staff are truly incredible, especially Kelum. He and his wonderful team arrange tuk tuks and transfers, mopeds and tours and they bring the most incredible food to enjoy on your balcony (or in your room) with nothing less than silver service. You go to sleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean in this luxurious boutique hotel and in every way possible the staff make your experience magical. With only 5 rooms in the hotel you get peace and calm like few places can ever offer and with essentially a butler style service. This is truly a slice of paradise, so private and exclusive, so special and with such a warm welcome. This is one of the best places we have ever stayed in the world. Ever!

The rooms are very big and confortable the bathroom are so Beautyful…The staff Kelum and his Crew Are so Kind friendly they make such a good work. A Massive thank you to Team Ten30 for making our stay with you so magnificent. The food was amazing and better value than the beach shacks close by. The presentation of our meals was always stunning and served with big smiles, nothing was too much trouble whatever our request, our room was very spacious with a large fridge, the bed was comfortable, bed linin and towels clean and fresh, the views from our terrace were wonderful including the sunrise and sunsets. Kelum, the manager, was so relaxed with our timings, we could dine whatever time we wanted, his mantra is, the answer is yes what is the question. This is the best hotel, food, and staff we have encountered on our stay in Sri Lanka. SO A BIG THANK YOU TO Kelum (manager) Tushama, Tush (head of housekeeping) Dilshan (kelum number 2) Manoj (master chef) Keep up the excellent work team, Ten30. we hope to see you all again one day in the near future. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff was incredibly attentive, always ready to help with any request, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Their professionalism and warmth made a huge difference. The rooms were spotless, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was inviting and relaxing. Every little detail was carefully thought out to create an unforgettable experience. Conclusion: This hotel sets a high standard for hospitality. The outstanding service and the staff’s genuine effort to make guests feel special truly make it a place worth returning to. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was very good and more than enough food. Location right on the beach offered fantastic sunset views. Pool was small but clean and well maintained. Very refreshing to cool down after coming off the beach. The beach was quiet, clean, spacious and we enjoyed walking up and down. It was about a 20 minute walk to the busier beach area closer to Hikkaduwa. There are some very good options for food and drink within a short walk; nothing overly fancy, but very good quality and prices. We also felt safe walking at night. The food prepared by the hotel staff was also very good and they did there best to accommodate special requests/diets. Really enjoyed listening to the roar of the waves. The guys working at the hotel were wonderful; very kind and considerate, and they always greeted us with a smile. They really went out of their way to ensure our stay was great.
