The Staff were absolutely wonderful. They were very helpful and always there if you had any questions. The rooms had everything you need and the luxuries you love to have. Food was delicious and plentiful. With the beach right in front. The view was spectacular.

fab location, fab host, fab staff. The staff were super attentive with all that we needed, the rooms big & clean, with clean baths well kept toilets, got a pool that faced the beach you step out of the villa and step onto the beach, shacks around, ease of access to the main city and restaurants - super stay

Super staff. Kelum and his team were extrarordinary friendly and attentive. The beach in front is clean and there were almost no beach boys. Also we liked the quietness of that region of Hikkaduwa. It's a bit further away from the main places of Hikkaduwa, where there's more turmoil. And we had a lot of delicious food. We really enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

The accommodation and staff are absolutely amazing. Location wise it’s a 10-15 minute walk from town but we prefer that and don’t like to be in the noise and crowds so for us perfect! We had the king suite on the top floor and the space, facilities and views were SO good. The staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. Breakfast is like a banquet and we also ate our evening meals there and everything was always on point. Don’t think twice just book!

Overall, excellent stay. Great hospitality and service from the staff, especially from Mr. Kelum. Him and his team took care of us and attended to us in a very kind and professional manner. Place is very private and ideal for couples, even the beach, is not at all crowded. I would really recommend it to anyone, especially couples who prefer a quiet, peaceful and a private stay. Food was very good too, it was fresh and felt home made. Great chef. Highly recommended

There's no kitchen appliances like microwave etc. but the staff were more than helpful to assist to heat your food and all, they would even come to your room step to help you. But i wish the room was equipped with a microwave and etc, as its an apartment like place, so it would be easy for us to get things done by ourselves, rather than calling the hotel staff. (Cuz there's a big fridge in the room to store the food n stuff)

Very quiet and beautiful location, at 20 m in front of the ocean. Very nice and helpfull staff. Close to the city center (2 km).

What a great stay! The Team of Ten30 Hikkaduwa is so helpful and friendly. There are only 5 rooms, so it's never too busy. It's a quiet part of the beach, which was great, because the beach near to the center of Hikkaduwa can get really full. Everything is still in walking distance, or a short Tuktuk ride away. The curries where really tasty and we even got a cooking demonstration. The rooms are huge and clean, as were the balconies. You can even fall asleep to the sound of the waves, when the door to the balcony is open. As you can probably tell, we had a wonderful time!

Just one thing: There are not enough sunloungers when the hotel is fully booked. Maybe it would be possible to have a few more and out them on the beach in front of the hotel.
