Black Mountain Lodge

Love this place, stayed several times over the years, buetiful setting, gorgeous rooms, it's the most peaceful place to stay,great for all the local attractions too, recommended

Only downside atm is the Bar and Restaurant being closed in the evening, great shame as food was excellent and it was lovely to have a drink whilst relaxing in the grounds,luckily your not far from some lovely pubs/restaurants, sadly you have to drive to get to them, apart from this, perfect!

The breakfast was good, staff at breakfast were good

The toilet wasn't working properly, didn't flush. The containers in the bathroom were empty. We thought we had booked for single beds, although the bed was large and there was a temporary bed, there was no bed linen for it.

I love the location! Tranquil area surrounded by greenery

The plumbing was a little noisy when in use. Do request for a fan if coming during warm summer days

Lovely big location, grounds for little one to run around

Didn’t actually meet any staff, self check in, felt a bit weird, but lovely place.
