I loved the location. Close to Hay-on-wye but with great country views

Lovely breakfast & breakfast room Tiny, dark bedroom, no view, no comfort, miserable bathroom

Breakfast was lovely. The view was nice and it was quiet.

It would have been nice to have a fan in the room and a mirror.

It was quiet no road noise.

Our room was very small and hardly any space to put our luggage they could have given us a larger room as We were the only guests on the entire property. The place was empty The lock on our door was loose and missing screws. We wanted to lock to front door to the place but there was a sign to say please don’t lock door. We felt very vulnerable during our stay. There was no breakfast provided on site. We were told to drive to the service station in Glasbury. They gave us a nice breakfast roll and coffee to take away.

Easy to check in, good breakfast served by friendly staff. Room just on the landing of the first turn in the stairs so relatively easy to access. Tea and coffee facilties. Lovely place set in the Welsh hills.

We did choose a compact double because we were only there one night but it was an extremely compact room. The bed was a small double- not really big enough for 2 adults. The bathroom was basic with nowhere to put your things when using it.

Good location for Glasbury. Using Wye Valley canoes so good access. Good breakfast
