The building from outside was lovely.

Cleanliness, no staff to speak to, no reply to emails

Pretty place surrounded by fields, comfy bed

The location was beautiful and the room had enough facilities for a lone traveller.

The bathroom needed updating, my room was next to a room that either had a boiler or a dryer going at night so not quiet in the room.

The breakfasts were amazing! We were so pleasantly surprised at the bright, open breakfast room and the offerings. Our servers were locals and recommended both destinations for travel (Tenby was amazing!) and local restaurants. The spot is rural, just 3 miles from Hay-on-Wye which is a beautiful booksellers town. Amid the Welsh countryside which is full of gorgeous views and ancient castles. Unforgettable. The room and facilities were clean and modern.

The only issue was the availability of plugs in the bathroom and the lighting there. Otherwise we enjoyed the space and the facilities. Our room had two twin beds, and we felt like we were having a sleepover! Very comfortable.

Our room was huge which was a nice surprise as usually rooms in the UK are quite small. Everything was lovely. There were no staff when we arrived but self check-in was easy.
