Tao Thong Villa 2

This is the perfect location if you have a scooter! It’s out of the way so it’s a lot quieter and more peaceful. It’s on a perfect private beach area that is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. They provide free snorkeling gear and kayaks which is a rarity!! The snorkeling is beautiful here and we didn’t even feel the need to go to any other beaches on the island (we tried but none compared!!). You also can walk towards Tao thong villa 1 (they are connected by a cute walkway by the beach) and climb up on top of the rocks to watch a gorgeous sunset. The staff is so friendly and was very accommodating for us to store our luggage there and even provided a poncho for the rain. There is also an old cat that stays there and is adorable. We did not eat at the restaurant but I’m sure it’s great! The views from our room was fantastic, cannot be beaten!!

If you book the rooms with fans, just be prepared for it to be hot! If you don’t have a problem with sleeping without AC, then you will be fine. Leave the bathroom open and it will cool off in the middle of the night, it will just be pretty hot when you are trying to fall asleep.

Absolutely everything! This was one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The views are breathtaking and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and relaxing. It feels like a completely different world. The staff and owners were exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. They made us feel welcome from the very first moment. The snorkeling directly around the villa was amazing. We were lucky enough to see a huge sea turtle, many smaller turtles, blacktip reef sharks and even a barracuda. For nature and ocean lovers, this place is simply paradise. A special mention also goes to Pancake, the lovely resident cat, who became a favorite of our whole family and made our stay even more memorable. We stayed as a family with children and everyone absolutely loved it. We would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for relaxation, beautiful nature and an authentic Koh Tao experience.

Honestly, nothing. The property is exactly what it promises to be – a peaceful tropical retreat surrounded by nature. If you are looking for luxury resorts and nightlife, this may not be for you, but for us it was perfect.

Breakfast was yummy, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Beautiful location and they provide snorkels & water shoes for snorkelling. Taxi service available when needed as well.

The place is so quiet and beautiful and the team that runs the place is perfect. Everything is possible and works. We stayed 9 days and wished we had booked much longer.

Sono stata soltanto una notte. È un po' lontano dal caos di Koh Tao quindi perfetto se cerchi la tranquillità. Ho scelto questo alloggio perché volevo stare totalmente in mezzo alla natura, e così è stato infatti! Un grazioso bungalow completamente fronte mare! Ristorante buono con prezzi super accessibili, bello cenare e fare colazione con il suono del mare e con una bella vista sulla spiaggetta di Koh Tao. Personale cordiale

Qualche rumore sul tetto del bungalow dovuto dagli scoiattolini. Ma nulla di così insopportabile, alla fine è pur sempre la loro casa!

Sijainti todella eristäytynyt ja rauhallinen, jos sitä etsit. Hiljaisuutta ja snorklaamaan akvaarioon suoraan ravintolan terassilta. Vuorovesikään ei haitannut mereen menoa. Ruoka hyvää ja ok hinta/laatu. Banaani-pähkinäshake suosikki juomista.

È esattamente la struttura che desideravamo e di cui avevamo bisogno. Personale meraviglioso, vista incredibile, spiaggia da cui fare snorkeling. Mettono a disposizione l'attrezzatura per lo snorkeling e le scarpette da scoglio lasciati da altri ospiti. È un posto in cui poter passare più giorni di relax totale e senza caos. Ristorante ottimo! Se cercate calma, relax, buon cibo e un posto lontano dai turisti venite qui!!
