Heathrow Garden House - West Drayton, London - Benjamin Guest House

The host was great! I was very cold in the beginning and he went out of his way to even get me an extra heater for my room until the heater of the thermostat worked. He was very hands on and helpful.

The bathroom downstairs needed cleaning daily. Unfortunately the night of New Year’s Eve/ day the bathroom had a lot of pee stains on the floor and it wasn’t cleaned the morning after. But other than that, nice house, good for the price and location.

We had no tv on .and it was all the stay although as we arrived the occupier of the house told us that it was going to be fixed that same day .and although there was a washing machine we had to go to the laundry to wash our clothes because it was not in our use .and too much staires no lifts .only one bathroom to share with all the residents we knew these things after we had allrrady booked and money was transfered.so next time it surley will be a hotel we go to .in a whole week the sheets were never changed .and the towels .we had to ask every day for towels and for 3 adults shd just give us one p

Good Location pleasant host.

Bathroom was not as clean as I would have liked. Mattress lumpy and needs replacing.
