Quiet country style accomadation

This guest house i excellent, a nice quiet location, plenty of free parking, just a short walk to all amenities, the hosts are extremely friendly, very helpful, & extremely courteous, i have stayed here on numerous occasions & i would stay agiain.

The Benjamin Guest house is superb ideal location

Room in a house - had what we needed in terms of beds, access to a shared bathroom and kitchen. Owner was very friendly - couldn't tell who was a guest staying there and who was part of her family. Easy to park our car and walk to the Elizabeth line to get into central London.

There was no bin in our room which was unhelpful. There are rules about what time you have to be back (or you need to arrange about the front door if you are out later than about 10.30 - this made the experience feel very awkward and as if we were youth asking permission to stay out! The ceiling fan was not working, she provided an alternative floor fan - the room was at the top of the house in a heat wave, so very very hot for sleeping. As a shared bathroom it wasn't perfect (e.g. sink area unclean).
