Very friendly staff and they allowed me to check in early! Comfortable clean room.

The only thing I would say is if you’re serving breakfast from 7-9am then the heating should go on at 6am. It was freezing in the morning and my radiator didn’t come on until 8.30 and I literally could hardly run to the bathroom as it was so cold!

Plenty of parking, host was extremely helpful.

Friendly staff made me welcome

The breakfast was very good. It was a quiet road and we were passing through on the way to Scotland.

The room was very tight for space. The hinge on the shower door was damaged and it couldn't be closed from inside the shower, which turned out to be fortunate as there was no hot water! The owner knew about the door and said they needed permission from the landlord before repairs could be done The lack of hot water was blamed on to workers who had been up and out early. The room should never have been let and the final straw was that there was no apology what so ever.

Very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for letting me stay after checkout time, while I waited to hear if my daughter could be discharged from the hospital. This was very helpful. Thanks
