Paul and Pauline were very friendly and accommodating hosts. Breakfast was lovely with veggie options.

Lovely welcoming family Hotel. Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable. Met with a very warm welcome - nothing to much trouble from the lovely hosts Paul & Pauline. The full cooked English breakfast was delicious! We look forward to visiting again soon.

There was nothing we didn't like

Very clean, very friendly , the room was very comfortable and wow the breakfast was delicious. We’ll definitely be back and would recommend. The location is great it took us 15 mins to walk to the tower down the sea front which was a lovely walk. Thank you for a lovely stay

Only slight thing would be the dining table for breakfast was a little small but it wasn’t a major problem

This family hotel was certainly that perfect home from home felt so welcome as soon as we went in such a lovely comfy place to stay the rooms are perfect so comfortable and spotless. Pauline went out off her way for to provide for me and my allergies and the breakfast was perfect and actually getting something I can eat which I really struggle when staying out but it wasn't a problem with Pauline. They were the perfect hosts I would highly recommend this lovely family hotel the best by far. Thanks so much for everything definitely be back 😆

Paul and Pauline were lovely hosts. They made you feel very welcome. The breakfast options were great and the quality of the food was good. Our 2 children loved seeing their 2 dogs on a night in the reception area. They were not around whilst breakfast was being served. Overall, a wonderful stay and great value for money.

Really lovely stay at the woodleigh hotel, the room was immaculate and comfy, lovely little touches in the room as well. Pauline and Paul were fantastic hosts and were so friendly. Breakfast was really great as well, I would recommend to everyone.
